“Sigulda Ice Cream” is a family business created to increase joy, advocate for a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Sigulda ice cream is based on carefully developed, tested recipes, which consist of specially researched, natural ingredients. In our cafe it is possible to taste at least 10 Latvian flavors at a time – strawberries, cherries, blackcurrants, raspberries, rhubarb, rye bread, cranberries, malt, sea buckthorn, apples, etc. In total, the company has developed and produces 18 different types of ice cream and sorbets (vegan).
